Our Terms and Conditions differ from any you have read before due to the specifics of our product and the levels at which protections are implemented. Please read carefully.

Energetic Shield

1. Definitions

“Energetic Shield” refers to a proprietary subtle-material, multi-level energetic protection system, operating across all levels of existence and governed by universal physical and energetic laws.

“Client” refers to any individual or legal entity approved for integration into the Energetic Shield system. Each human being constitutes one independent protected energetic unit, regardless of who performs payment.

“Admin” refers to the system operator and administrator of Energetic Shield, responsible for operating, maintaining, and developing the energetic protection hub.

“Service” refers to all energetic protection, cleansing, stabilisation, grounding, shielding, and related processes provided under the Energetic Shield system.

2. Nature of the Service

Energetic Shield provides professional subtle-material energetic protection services conducted across multiple levels of existence, each possessing its own frequency, density, and manifestation characteristics.

Energy is present at all levels of existence. However, the manifestation of results may differ depending on whether the energetic influence affects emotional, mental, or physical layers. Less dense layers may respond faster, while denser physical layers may demonstrate gradual or varied manifestations.

The Service is delivered remotely and does not require physical presence.

3. Methods and Professional Approach

The Service may involve a combination of:

  • energetic techniques

  • structured rituals

  • energetic artefacts

  • applied intellectual, analytical, and system-based knowledge

Energetic Shield operates based on professional expertise in how energetic processes are formed, interact, destabilise, propagate, and can be neutralised or secured.

Energetic characteristics of Clients may be assessed remotely using provided materials, including photographs, as part of the energetic analysis process.

4. Screening and Right of Refusal

All requests are subject to mandatory pre-screening prior to payment.

The Admin reserves the absolute right to refuse Service, without obligation to provide justification, if:

  • the request is non-genuine, manipulative, or misleading

  • aggressive, hostile, or destabilising behaviour is identified

  • energetic incompatibility is detected

Energetic Shield is a closed professional system and is not obligated to accept all requests.

5. Clients, Groups, and Children

  • One individual equals one protected energetic unit

  • One payer may pay for multiple individuals

  • Protection is applied individually, not collectively

Protection may be provided:

  • to a child only, via a parent or legal guardian

  • to a parent and child together

When a child is enrolled together with a parent, the child’s protection fee is 25% of the parent’s service price.

Each child remains an independent protected energetic unit.

6. Required Information

To commence the Service, the following information is required for each protected individual:

  • a clear photograph

  • date of birth

Without this information, the Service cannot begin.

7. Payments and Refund Policy

7.1 Payment Approval

Payment is accepted only after approval following pre-screening and confirmation that the Service can be provided.

7.2 Refunds

  • No refunds are available once energetic work has commenced

  • If payment is made without prior approval, a refund may be issued minus 5% to cover transaction and banking fees

  • If payment is made but required information (photograph and date of birth) is not provided, a refund may be issued minus 5%

All completed energetic services are final, irreversible, and non-refundable.

8. Results and Expectations

Energetic Shield guarantees that the Service will be performed using the described professional methods.

However:

  • energetic processes are individual

  • manifestation timing varies

  • interpretation depends on the Client’s perception, awareness, and understanding

No identical outcomes can be guaranteed.

9. Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis

  • Clients may cancel at any time

  • Protection remains active until the end of the paid billing period

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time

10. Consultation and Interpretation

Optional post-service consultations are available for £100, providing professional interpretation and explanation of:

  • energetic changes

  • system integration

  • observed effects

Consultations are optional and not included in the base Service.

11. Consent and Acceptance

By proceeding with payment, the Client confirms that they:

  • voluntarily request the Service

  • understand its subtle-material and energetic nature

  • acknowledge that results may be immediate or delayed

  • accept that refunds are not available once work begins

Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is mandatory via checkbox at checkout.

12. Limitation of Liability

Energetic Shield shall not be liable for:

  • subjective interpretations of results

  • emotional responses

  • personal decisions made following the Service

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond the performance of the energetic work itself.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
